So I have come to really love Mason Jars. They are probably one of the more useful inventions in this world. Starting with their original purpose of storing food in them to making them into lamps and storage organizers. I love them. I have been bringing my lunches in Mason Jars and it is really convenient, I make my lunches on the weekend, put them into the jars and just take one every day. It keeps fresh, against all odds. I do it with Salads, whole meals and snacks. Same goes for fruit. Love it. I also have made quiet a few DIY projects on Mason Jar's. My Mason Jar Pin Cushion be found here. It was the very first Mason Jar I bought. After that I started storing food in them. Now that I know how cheap and fun they are, I have found quiet a variety of projects to use them in. Here are some ideas that I found on pinterest and just really loved.
I will keep you updated on the process of my Mason Jar projects...
Ahh, I LOVE those mason jar organizers floating around Pinterest. :) I can't wait to see what you make! Putting lunches in mason jars is brilliant.. What kind of "whole foods" do you store in them?

DeleteI know, I love pinterest so much! So many great ideas. I store everything in Mason Jars. Some of the meals I have done so far are: Chicken Curry with rice (sauce always on the bottom, so it doesn't get soggy), Pasta with homemade basil pesto and Spaghetti with tofu/basil 'balls' (instead of meatballs).
DeleteI like your blog layout :) there are parts that could still be improved, but if you watch mine there is also still a lot to do ;) As we're both new to blogging - I guess you are too - I'm excited to see how we both will develop :)
