This is what you will need for 12-16 Macaroons (depending on the size):
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 cups sweetened shredded coconut
This is what you do:
Preheat the oven at 325°F.
Line a baking sheet with Parchment paper
Put the egg whites, sugar and salt into a bowl and whisk until glossy.
Put in the coconut and stir until everything is mixed together evenly.
Take a small ice cream scoop or a teaspoon to form little mounds and put them on the parchment paper.
Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.
