A day of Happiness

Yesterday was just a fabulous day and since this blog is about the every-day things that cause you to smile, I want to share my smiles from yesterday.

First I got to have breakfast with a friend that I met in University, Cora. It was so good to see her, speak german and just have a good time. After we dropped her off at the airport I realized that I need to treasure every moment I spend here, because in just a few months I will be leaving to go back to Germany. Before I leave I want to make sure that I did everything I wanted to do while I am here. No regrets. I felt like that was what Cora did, and it makes sense.

The afternoon I got to spend with my wonderful sister. We went to a nail salon down the street and spend some quality sister time together. My sister got me to actually get something else than my usual dark red, so I thought I'd share that.
